At MSI Painting Solutions we take the scheduling of your project very seriously. We understand the impact of the disruption to your daily routine that our presence creates.
Not all scheduling requests or changes can be granted becuase of the disruption it creates to the other 500+ customers we service annually. Please be aware of this impact when requesting a schedule change.
Scheduling confirmations can only be made, accepted, and confirmed upon receipt of contract and deposit. Any verbal agreements prior to this acceptance are not valid.
All MSI clients will be given a two-week block during their initial schedule confirmation. Due to current jobsite additions or deletions your exact project date could be moved up or back. During the week of the start of your project we will be begin contacting you by phone with the specifics of your start date and time.
