Thank you for considering MSI Painting Solutions. Since 1984 I have worked in the painting industry in positions of management as well as production. I have seen firsthand the frustrations many of you have experienced with this industry. Problems ranging from unstable payroll situations, lack of benefits, unclear job specifications, and lack of quality career development. I founded MSI in 1995 in order to insure that painters will have a place to develop their business, management, and painting skills in order to provide a long-term employment solution. I know that each of you select your employment opportunities carefully and I want each of you to understand that you are all individuals who bring a unique set of skills with you. Our Systems allow you to succeed within our framework, yet take advantage of and develop your personal abilities. At MSI we will work to help you develop to the fullest extent of your potential.
